Miles Stanley has been appointed as the crew chief for the Wood Brothers Racing No. 21 Ford Mustang, which will be driven by Josh Berry starting in 2025. Stanley's journey in NASCAR began after he graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Akron in 2007. His career started with Polestar Racing Group in the Champ Car Atlantic Series, where he served as an engineer and crew chief. In 2009, he joined Robby Gordon Motorsports as a race engineer before being promoted to crew chief. From there, he moved on to BK Racing in 2012 as the head of racetrack engineering for their Cup Series cars, eventually joining Team Penske in 2013, where he has made a lasting impact.
