To catch this special fish, players need to identify a gold-colored fishing spot, which can be a bit of a challenge since these spots are rare. Once you’ve caught a White Sturgeon, it’s time to track down a fox you want to befriend!

Approaching a fox is an adventure in itself. As you walk towards them, they might run away, but don’t be discouraged! Simply chase after them until they stop, and an option to approach them will appear above their heads. Once you see that option, select it and offer your caught fish!

However, feeding a fox isn’t a one-time deal. To truly befriend them, players must feed the same fox for at least two consecutive days. It’s a good idea to keep track of the colors of the foxes you feed, and make sure to bring another White Sturgeon on your next visit. This approach will ensure that you have a greater chance of adding the fox to your companion list!
