1. The Exchange Bike Tour
Exercise? What’s that! If there’s one actually fun way to get fit (besides playing Pokemon go) it’s biking! Everyone loves biking, and what everyone loves even more is Manitoba! Ride from the Forks to the Exchange and have an adventure! And if you get a lil’ tired of biking, there’s a section of the tour that’s spent on foot – the Death and Debauchery tour, where you explore the dark secrets of the city that was once known as “The Wickedest City in the Dominion!” So why not participate in the Exchange Bike tour on the 28th!
2. Ballet in the Park
Your favourite summer ballet is back! The Royal Winnipeg Ballet is producing the Ballet In The Park, a ballet hosted at Assiniboine Park at the Lyric Theatre! What’s a better way to spend an evening than heading down with some friends or family to Assiniboine park at seeing some great ballet from Wednesday the 27th to Friday the 29th!
3. Chris Cornell
Do you love gardens and sound? Are you a slave for audio? Well why don’t you check out the previous lead vocalist of the rock band Soundgarden and the supergroup Audioslave! Chris Cornell is coming to the Centennial Concert Hall this Wednesday! Better get your ticket soon, because there aren’t very many left!
4. Concert Series
This week there are two great Concert series happening here in Winnipeg, featuring artists from all around Manitoba! You can head down to the Cityplace Terrance on 26th to August 30th or Air Canada park on the 27th at noon to listen to some great music! Everyone loves lunch time because they get food, but these concert series make lunch time even better! Free music while you eat your food, out in the sun? What could be better!
