Ok, so I think we’ve made our point. Winter is fun. There is so much to do outside of your basement in the winter. Things like skating, hockey, sledding, snowshoeing, skiing, Festival du Voyageur, The Zoo, The Forks, museums, and The Great Ice Show make winter in Winnipeg flippin’ awesome.

If you’re into Comics, Anime, Gaming, SciFi, or Steampunk, this convention is the one for you! Tickets are $10 for one day or $18 for the whole weekend at the Convention Centre!
Learn all about Astronomy and what our galaxy will bring in 2016. Use telescopes to look at our neighboring planets and craters on the moon!

Spend some time at Manitoba Museum this spring. Learn something new.
Experience all that the Exchange District has to offer on the first Friday of every month until June. Visit local artist’s galleries and studios while learning all about their work! Also, you can eat at the restaurants in the Exchange and explore all the unique shops!
